The Problem
Existing booking flows were web-only, clunky on mobile, and provided no real-time visibility into service status.
The Solution
Built a Flutter app with Google Maps integration for live tracking, Firebase Realtime Database for instant status updates, and a clean booking UI with smooth transitions.
